Member’s Lucky Cash Jackpot Terms and Conditions

BALLINA GOLF CLUB LIMITED

• The Member’s Lucky Cash Jackpot (“The Draw”) will be drawn three (3) times each week on Monday and Wednesdays at 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm and Friday 7.00 pm and 8.00 pm at the premises in Jameson Avenue East Ballina;
• Start-up Jackpot of $600 with weekly Jackpot of $200;
• Members in the club can also register their name & member number from 4.30 pm on a clipboard at the bar to win $50 Cash. This draw will takeplace at the end of each Cash Jackpot draw on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• All Draws will be conducted using an MFV Remote Random Number Generator made by Selectronics (Serial number MFVS – 103);
• The Member whose badge number corresponds with that drawn by the Random Number Generator must be present and on the premises to claim the prize;
• That Member, and only that Member, has four (4) minutes to personally claim the prize;
• The entries are determined by Ballina Golf and Sports Club’s Member’s Listing. The Member must be financial at the time;
• If the winner is not present, the prize will jackpot by the sum of $200 per week after the Friday draw.
• Any amount in excess of $1,000 that is won will be paid by cheque;
• When the prize is won, the following start up draw will be for the sum of $600.00 only;
• Any Ballina Golf Club staff member or Director not directly involved in the winning draw is eligible to win “The Draw”;
• The maximum jackpot is $3,000. If not won after reaching maximum prize value of $3000 , then a “must win” prize draw on the Wednesday of the following week is to be;
• On this night (Wednesday) if the first prize of $3000 at 6.30 pm is not claimed after 4 minutes, then following draws are to be conducted, with every 5th draw given to the nearest the pin (number) until 3 members collect $1,000 each, totaling the $3,000 maximum
• Prize Winners will be advertised in the Advocate newspaper;
• This promotion is operated under the Lotteries and Art Unions Act, 1901 (Section 4B). Permit No. LTPS/07/51459. Expires 30/5/08.
