Colin would like to thank all members and customers for their loyal business over the past 12 years. Colin invites you to continue to enjoy the benefits of shopping with us via this website.

From 30th June 2021, our business will no longer be located at the Ballina Golf & Sports Club.

As always, we will offer personalised service, lessons, club fittings, and a wide range of golf products. Colin looks forward to continuing to provide you with the highest standard of professional service and expertise into the future.

CUSTOMER PRIZE REDEMPTION

From 14th July 2021, Ball Rundown and Bradcol Golf prizes will be able to be used on our website! Each customer's account will show a total redeemable value which can be accessed via their online account with us. The total redeemable value on customers accounts will be the combined value of Ball Rundown, Bradcol Golf Prizes and *Gift Cards as at 30/6/2021. * See Gift Cards section for details of Gift Cards purchased after 30/6/2021

This amount can be used for any product purchase - as Ball Rundown prizes are now included in the total redeemable value, they can now be used towards products other than golf balls.

The redeemable value can be used all at once, or across multiple purchases.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can now be used online!

Existing Gift Cards

Existing gift cards sold by Bradcol Golf Enterprises at Ballina Golf Pro Shop before 30th June 2021 will be honoured via our website in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable at the date of sale and the recorded expiry date.

In order to redeem your existing Gift Card, please email us to confirm the below details:

Your full name
Gift Card number
Value remaining on Gift Card, and
Expiry date (if known).

We will then load the remaining Gift Card value onto your online account with us. Please note, your Ball Rundown, Bradcol Golf prizes, and Gift Cards will be included as one total on your online account, once you have created this.

Please allow 48 hours after emailing us confirmation of your gift card details for the amount to be loaded onto your account.

You will receive an email when the amount has been added to your online account.

New Gift Cards

When you order your Gift Card, please include a note of the recipient's name and email address so we can contact them to advise they have a Gift Card to redeem.

The recipient will then need to create an online account with us (if they do not have one already) by following the steps in the How-To video (shown to left) before redeeming their Gift Card.

Please allow 48 hours after purchase for the amount to be loaded onto their account.

*Terms & Conditions apply: Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services with Bradcol Golf Enterprises Pty Ltd. Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash or credit. Lost or stolen cards may not be replaced. Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Cards have no value unless validated by us.
